This charge is for the owners use of the central swimming pool, IBC security patrol, reception facilities, maintenance of the central gardens, cleaning, pool attendants, and also covers infrastructure including water and electricity for the central pool and reception areas.
There is also an annual contribution to DDOA (Dunas Douradas Owners Association)
This covers membership of DDOA and contribution to the owners reserve fund (sinking fund).
